get your filthy paws off my silky drawers.

Saturday I decided to move around some plants that were getting smothered. I was grabbing a pile a dirt, to my surprise, turned out to be a pile of toad. I think we both screamed AHHHHHH!!! and then he let me get an inch away from his face to take this. I think we were both very appreciative that I didn't plant him, although he looks rather annoyed with me. Can't blame him, really.

whats up loo

my 1st dahlia

yay! My 1st Dahlia.

Busy at work which is good w/ the gloomy economy. Matt is busy too, we are both very grateful for this. I am still trying to find ways to save, making the nest a little bigger every year by cutting back and spending less.

One nice vacation instead of a lot of trips and expensive dinners. Fortunately we are happy as clams in on our deck sippin' pops and laughing ....well usually at me (not with, at).

We are looking forward to August his sisters visit and another trip to VT, then its Sept, Labor day weekend.....my 33rd then NKOTB w/CAITY!, then Ireland! We get back....soon its Thanks Giving, then Christmas.......

and 2009!

whats new with Loo?

NOTHING!

I planted blackberries, looberries, tomatoes and peppers in my little garden. I am crossing my fingers that the fruit survives, I have a black thumb and those bad larrys were expensive.

All our Inns and B&B's are booked for Ireland. We discovered that the night we'll be in Kinsale the town is hosting a gourmet food festival. umm yay! We are also doing the cheesy medieval dinner at Bunratty Castle. heeee

That's about it?! Next weekend we are off to VT for a long weekend to visit the magic hat brewery then the Ben and Jerry's factory's.
